🤯The BIG stories🤯

Bored of this yet? Yeah, me too. The Space Karen has been on another rampage against bots, Fauci, trust, safety, and the democratic party it seems. Well, and this might surprise you, this has pushed away advertisers who no longer see it as a safe space to advertise.

That’s right, the big brands like Apple & Amazon may be back on for now but the Twitter ad manager is seeing traffic decline by up to 85%. Which is obviously an indicator of how the dumpster fire is going! I would say one to watch, but I’m not sure we care.

Okay, let’s take a minute outside of the hellscape that is Twitter at the moment, to marvel at one of the BIGGEST breakthroughs in science, EVER. That’s right my nerds, a breakthrough in the pursuit of a limitless zero-carbon power, a net energy gain in fusion reaction.

As the confusing diagram demonstrates above, scientists have - for the first time- created a fusion reaction that produces MORE energy than it takes to create. So, our dreams of Interstellar like travel are getting nearer, AND implications of a renewable energy source to save our burning planet. Confused? Hank Green explains it beautifully

From the team that brought you “Why you need to invest in 1PD” or other greats such as “CDPs, and why you need one”. Gartner has gone against the grain, saying that you should abandon the dream of a 360 customer view. Oh, how very contrarian of you Gartner.

‘By 2026, 80% of organizations pursuing a “360-degree view of the customer” will abandon these efforts because they flout data privacy regulations, rely on obsolete data collection methods, and erode customer trust.’ I mean, they’re not wrong. If you read the tea leaves, holding consumer data is going to become harder & harder due to privacy laws.

Now, this is a COOL feature! Google has released a new feature in sheets. A no-code simple machine learning add-on. An absolute dream for marketers, analysts, and nerds!

Why? You can train, evaluate, and export models without having to be an expert in python AND without having to pay a hefty figure to utilize ML models. Think churn, prediction, and next best offer. Love it.
