As expected, Nike is the next big brand to enter the Metaverse - well the centralized one anyway - as they create Nikeland in Roblox. A virtual Nike HQ allows the Roblox community to test their skills in various mini-games, with wearables too.

Are you paying attention yet? Adidas has also dipped their toe in this week, following a rumoured partnership with Decentraland. Wearables and virtual branded worlds are going to be big business in 2022 & beyond, not sure if Adland is equipped for this yet though…
