🤯The BIG stories🤯

Yes, it’s sneaky, yes it’s underhand. But, what a smart business venture - sometimes you have to sit back and appreciate these cons just like Frank Abagnale. Even better, it wasn’t detected by Fraud detection services or the Hold Co’s trading desks.

Instead of ads being placed on www.forbes.com, they were shoved on to www3.forbes.com, a website hidden from Google search and accessible purely by people who succumbed to clickbait from other sites via Outbrain and Taboola.

😎Cool & Creative😎

“Create a playlist that captures the melancholy of life in 2024, whilst also capturing the sheer excitement of seeing a dog on a walk.” Now THIS is how you utilise AI, hats off Spotify.

I mean the other side of this is that curated playlists become a thing of the past and the dark psyops by record labels will embed Taylor Swift into every mood, PLEASE STOP IT.

🤓Nerd Corner🤓

With rumours of their demise(dominance) and search usage potentially dwindling following the strength of OpenAI & others, does charging users for a premium search make sense? Annnd, will they run ads here?

🤓Technology & Tracking🤓

Oh, this is just getting embarrassing now. Double Verify has come out saying that X (you know the site where p*rn is everywhere and just a general cesspit) is 99% BRAND SAFE.

This is fine. I wonder how much Elon has chucked Double Verify to refute their previous claims that it was a burning dumpster fire. I’m still yet to see an advertiser other than Crypto, lingerie or Elon fanboys…
